Working Principle
 

The vertical square planetary grinder achieves efficient grinding of materials through planetary motion mechanism:

Planetary motion: The main turntable drives four ball milling tanks to revolve around the central axis, while each tank rotates in the opposite direction around its own axis, forming a composite motion trajectory.

Grinding mechanism: The grinding balls inside the tank collide, shear, and friction during high-speed motion, crushing and mixing materials, suitable for dry/wet and vacuum environments.

Particle size control: By adjusting the speed, grinding time, and grinding ball ratio, the material can be crushed to the nanometer level (0.1 microns).
